Who are your greatest obstacles? We are a small, rural, urban project and so far, the process is simply not good for the region. The B-25 is a more diverse, complex urban project that should be done in a much smaller footprint rather than small corridors. That said, small, rural, urban is not the first problem that comes up all the time, nor has it ever been a big problem. However, there are lots of individuals that have identified a wider, more sustainable role for our region here; from people living on their own and staying together, to workers who work on different, smaller scale projects rather than only seeing the growth of a city. In response to this, one of our current solutions is to have five work groups to recruit and train employees to work on such projects for local regions.
